Dharamshala: The Tibetan Parliament in Exile's Speaker, Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, sent his deepest congratulations to Susan Templeman and Warren Entsch, the Co-Chairs of the Australian All-Party Parliamentary Group for Tibet, on their re-election as Members of the Australian Parliament.
