In Washington, DC, Nepali Ambassador Shridar Khatri met with Uzra Zeya, the US Special Coordinator for Tibetan Issues. They 'addressed the strong US-Nepal relationship in advancing democracy, women's rights, and inclusivity for everyone,' according to the US official's tweet. The two sides also addressed Uzra's travel to Nepal. On the third of this month, she will travel to Nepal. She is scheduled to highlight the human rights issues of Tibetan refugees in Kathmandu with government authorities in addition to bilateral matters.
